Rick Jaeger

Licensed Architect in California, Certified Plans Examiner

Rick is a quality designer as well as an experienced technical Architect who is responsible for all project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, design and drawings. His calm demeanor and methodical approach are valuable traits. He joined TR Design Group in 2007.

James Horecka

James is an experienced problem solver, builder, QA/QC Expert, and self-described guru when it comes to constructability, coordination, and accessibility issues on architectural projects. He brings over 45 years’ experience in various project types including commercial, industrial, churches, and civic-agency projects including theme parks.

Leo Romero

Senior Project Manager

Leo has over 20 years of experience in management of architectural projects from programming phase through construction. He has successfully completed and has been professionally committed to over 100 projects. His experience includes a variety of projects from various sectors such as Civic, Educational, Hospitality, and residential for both public and private sector clients.
