Who we’re looking for:

Someone who understands what it takes to independently successfully navigate and lead projects. A person who is, and has been, a licensed architect (5 years min.) and can handle projects within a creative environment. Someone who's a thinker, detailer, and solver. It helps to be creative and innovative. A good communicator in drawing, written, and verbal forms.

What you need:

A passion to excel. A degree in Architecture along with experience in Architecture and a portfolio of projects (including completed CD's) to prove it. To demonstrate project types that fit within our market sectors. Strong knowledge of the code.

What you need to be good at:

• Creativity

• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

• Revit (sharp skills)

• AutoCAD (reasonable skills)

• Other programs like Sketchup, Rhino, InDesign, Illustrator, etc. preferred

• Code Review, Detailing

• A strong work ethic

• Ability to work within a team

• Desire to be part of a close-knit team
